At Torch & Grain, every order is crafted, packed, and shipped with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your items make their way to you.

📦 Processing Times

•     Non‑custom items: Dispatched within 2–4 working days.

     Custom & bespoke items:
•     A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order.
•     Once you approve the proof, your item moves into production.
•     Custom & bespoke items: Processing times vary depending on complexity, but most orders ship within 5–10 working days.
If we expect any delay, we’ll let you know straight away.

🚛 Shipping Methods

We use reliable UK couriers and Royal Mail services to ensure your order arrives safely.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We currently ship across the UK, with international shipping available on request.
If you’re outside the UK and would like a quote, just drop us a message at sales@torchandgrain.com.

📬 Delivery Times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
•     UK: 1–3 working days
•     International: 5–14 working days (depending on destination and customs)

🧰 Custom Orders

Custom and personalised items are made to order. Because of this, they may take slightly longer to dispatch — but they’re worth the wait.

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier. We’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue.

🛠 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can put things right.
