Torch & Grain creates custom and non‑custom engraved products, crafted with care in our workshop.

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided — including spellings, dates, and design choices — are correct.
For custom or personalised items, we work directly from the information you provide, so please double‑check everything before submitting.

3. Custom Products
Custom, personalised, or made‑to‑order items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.
We may send proofs or previews for approval where appropriate; once approved, changes cannot be made.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

5. Shipping
Processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier, though we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

6. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases:
•     Custom items: No returns or refunds unless faulty.
•     Non‑custom items: 30‑day return window in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description. We’ll repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, product concepts, images, and branding on this website belong to Torch & Grain.
You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs commercially without written permission.

9. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or engage in any activity that could harm Torch & Grain or its customers.
