Dispatch & delivery timelines

Standard (non-custom) items — dispatched within 2–4 working days of your order being placed.

Custom & engraved items — you'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval. Once approved, your order usually ships within 5–10 working days.

Tracking information

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

If your tracking link isn't updating, please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch — carriers can sometimes take a little time to scan parcels into their system.
